  Carry Out CateringWe have developed this menu as a lower cost alternative to on site catering. We simply prepare your order, ready to serve, in carry out, disposable tins for your pick up. We offer all items in small and large pans to better serve you. Please consider these items for all your needs. For example, we can prepare a lasagna for you to pick up and take with you out of town and to be cooked at your convenience. Many of these items refrigerate well or can be portioned out and frozen. Private Parties
Although we don't have separate facilities for private parties, we do open for private business luncheons and parties on Sunday afternoons or evenings. We tailor menus for individual needs. Buffet, family style, or sit down dinners or luncheons are available. Limited or bar service is always available. Here is a quick sampling of some of our offerings:
Starters and Appetizers
Brushetta, stuffed mushrooms, fresh mozzarella with house roasted sweet peppers, grilled asparagus with lemon vinaigrette, Italian meat and vegetable platter, chicken wings Italian style, soups, various salads, grilled or traditional pizzas, coponata with garlic toast.
Entrees
Roasted chicken, chicken cutlets plain or parmesan, veal cutlets plain or parmesan, roasted beef carving station, NY strip steak or various other steaks, grilled tuna or various other fish, various pasta with many different sauces.

Roasted, baked, or garlic mashed potatoes, roasted string beans or various other vegetables,
various pasta with your choice of many different sauces.
