A simple and delicious, modern pasta sauce that has become popular in many fine restaurants. We saute proscuitto and garlic then add plum tomato sauce, vodka and fresh herbs and finish the sauce with cream and parmesan cheese. There is no recognizable vodka or alcohol flavor in this dish, but it does add some dimension to the sauce. Soup or salad included 10.95
